As you can tell in this Archos 204 review, this little pocket-sized music player is packed full of dynamite. It may be small, but it's mighty!

The Archos 204 comes in two different storage sizes, 20 GB and 30 GB, and slips into a sleek black exterior that stores both music and photos. The 20 GB can store up to 10,000 songs and 200,000 photos while the 30 GB can store up to 15,000 songs and 300,000 photos.

The Archos 204 is surprisingly smaller than the iPod and Creative's Zen, yet the digital screen carries a very nice, clean picture. You can plug it into your computer using a standard USB 2.0 cable and automatically syncronize it with Windows Media Player or you can drop files directly onto the device. Not everyone wants to have a device that can play video and store data, so the Archos 204 is perfect for someone who only wants to have music and/or photos on their player.

With the Archos ARClibrary, an automatic music indexing system (compatible MP3 Podcasts), create playlists on the move without using a computer. Color album covers are visibly displayed while listening.

Store and view up to 300,000 JPEG photos, directly transferred to your Archos 204 from your computer with the USB 2.0 high-speed interface. Enjoy your photos on the 1.8" OLED colour screen. Easily organize your files with intuitive browse.

Charge and synchronize with your PC
